Burdock Identification

Burdock (Arctium lappa) is an edible plant that provides a plethora of health benefits. The roots are the most sought-after (and are a common vegetable in Japan known as gobo), but can be difficult to harvest as they can grow several feet into the earth. For more info see the links below.
