Here is a quick update on the elderberries on the homestead. They are just starting to blossom and if we were going to sell elderflowers this year we would probably be harvesting them in a week or two.
Elderflowers have many uses and I will go over a couple of them at the end of the video.
We hope to have a large planting of elderberries within a couple years, and I am trying to select the sweetest ones to transplant into growing stock.
