Harvesting Purslane

Purslane is very nutritious. It is ignored by many today. But get to know it, harvest and store it when its plentiful and use it through the winter. Eat it as a salad through the summer. Contains vitamin A, C and omega 3 fatty acid. My dentist commented on the health of my gums after I started using it, saying they looked great!
