My 5 Favorite Wild Edibles & Their Uses

Hey guys in this video we go over my 5 favorite wild edibles and their uses. Wild edible plants are an amazing resource and many wild edibles can be gathered in your yard. Gathering wild plants for food is an easy task especially when gathering these five edibles. They all taste great and chances are that even your kids will enjoy them too. We talk a bit about each wild plant and how I like to prepare them for food, whether it be cooked nettle greens, or garlic mustard spread. You’re sure to learn a lot about some plants you may or may not know. Plants like the Violet, Lamb’s Quarters, and Garlic Mustard all taste great in the kitchen and in many recipes.
