By | January 23, 2019

Plantain first spread across North America with the addition of Europeans, and at one time was even referred to as “white man’s foot print”, as it followed the settlers’ activities, and was practically stamped in their tracks. A delicious addition to any diet it is also great for bee stings, bug bites and stinging nettle rash, and may even be a natural bug repellant.
