Purslane- Scientific: Portulaca oleracea. Is found everywhere basically and is edible. Highest in Omega-3 Fatty Acids (more than all other vegetables and some fish). This plant DOES come with a warning and awareness at the end. Enjoy and remember if you can’t control it, eat it.
