In this video I get to do what I have been waiting for all year, we harvest the seeds of the wild edible, Plantain plant, dry, winnow and then grind into a flour like substance and then take part of it and make Plantain Peanut Butter. I think we will make bannock with the rest this winter, I hope you like the video it was really fun and educational to make. It is said that plantain seeds have the same ingredients as laxatives but we saw no ill effects.
