Its a fantastic Allium, goes well with a cheesy sauce and as this video was taken in mid november, it is a plant that will be found when others arent. Like all Alliums, it will offer cetain anti-septic, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties…remember that garlic kills vampires, so they will knock out most bugs a person can pick up !
